Featuring our Patented double surface design, Ram Air tech and a new full Aluula airframe, it’s the ultimate weapon for those who need race winning performance.

The Fusion project represents our commitment to providing riders with the ultimate sensation of high speed with control, even at extreme wind angles – whether they be racers or riders who just want to enjoy flying the most efficient wing possible.

The new, full Aluula air frame has allowed us to design a reduced diameter, stiffer leading edge for even more performance, while the addition of new race-ready canopy windows mean you’re all set for the ultimate, controlled, high-speed experience.  

Influenced by our experience in paraglider, foil kite and wingsuit production, our Patented 100% double-surface design with Ram Air Tech design creates an enclosed high pressure space between the entire upper and lower surfaces.

The internal rib structure supports both sail layers and helps the wing smoothly deal with dynamic pressure differentials when the wing’s angle-of-attack changes.

UPGRADES

DOUBLE SURFACE AND RAM-AIR TECH RE-WORKED INTERNALS: We stripped the double surface design down to the performance essentials and took inspiration from the internal ribs in our R1 V5 ram air race kites.
VARIABLE LEECH LINE TENSION ADJUSTMENT: Use the pigtail adjustment on each wingtip to fine-tune the leech (trailing edge) tension to suit various conditions and performance requirements.
UPDATED PROFILE: Improved low end performance whilst maintaining superb high end control and speed.
MORE MANOEUVRABILITY: The Fusion V2 Ultra-X is much more manoeuvrable, making tacks and gybes much easier and quicker to initiate. Take a bigger wing, capitalise on its power and let its ease-of-use help you preserve vital energy across a long race day.
HANDLES: We have tailored the handle position and length to the latest racer requirements. Depending on where you are on the race course and how powered you are, the longer front handle allows you to adjust front hand pressure. The handles also now feature contoured finger bumps for improved grip.
LIGHTER WEIGHT UPPER SURFACE CANOPY: A lighter weight upper surface canopy material further contributes to the overall reduction in weight.
NEW DRAINAGE HOLES: Water ingress now drains from between the surfaces quicker.
LESS STICKY LOWER SURFACE: For even faster rig handling off the water.
FASTER DRYING: With lighter materials and overall weight, the wing dries quicker after your session.

We’re including some extra accessories with all new Fusion V2 Ultra-X wings which we’re sure will enhance your' experience:

TECHNICAL BACKPACK WITH INTERNAL COMPRESSOR BAG: Use the specially designed internal compressor bag for improved protection of Ultra-X wing materials. Fold the wing in sections, and then clip it securely to fit inside the technical backpack.
RAM AIR INTAKE PROTECTORS: When not using your Fusion wing, use the Ram-Air Intake protectors to maintain optimum air flow for high internal pressure and top performance.
WING HARNESS LINE: Comes pre-attached to the handles, but can easily be removed if not needed.
WING SAND BAG: Keep your wing secure and the canopy nicely protected during setup.
