Clean and dry the board surface thoroughly — the area must be completely free of wax, oils, and moisture. Peel the backing and apply the pad firmly, pressing out any air bubbles from the centre outward. Allow at least 24 hours for the adhesive to cure before surfing.
Yes — the pad uses a high-strength marine-grade adhesive that bonds to polyurethane, epoxy, and EPS surfboard surfaces.
Carefully lift a corner of the pad and apply gentle heat from a hairdryer to soften the adhesive. Peel slowly at a low angle. Remove any adhesive residue with an adhesive remover before applying a new pad.
Rinse the traction pad with fresh water after each use. Remove sand and debris with a soft-bristle brush. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight.
