Your individual fit derives from the back length and waist circumference. Therefore the Team Series is available in regular and tall sizes. The exchangeable Ergo_Pad on the inside offers optimal lumbar support in two profiles (each harness comes with two options - thin and thick pad - choose what suits you best). The Riot Curv Team Series is the most rigid harness in ION's range (flex index 18) and offers a direct and agile feeling. An ultra-lightweight Curv construction distributes forces evenly throughout the harness. At the same time, it's flexible enough to allow for perfect freedom of movement. Non-water-absorbent Hyper_Foam contributes to the overall ergonomic fit and light weight while the Neoprene_Belt provides flexibility in the front. ION's sleek Spectre Bar (including kite hook) completes the Riot Curv Team Series. Its Curv_Flaps create a seamless and optimal force distribution throughout the harness. Comes with integrated Knite_Knife Multitool 2.0. The Team Series is the choice of athletes like Aaron Hadlow and Gianmaria Coccoluto.

Rigid and Comfy
Weird story, not really relevant to the vast majority of kiteboarders, but I got this harness after having keyhole abdominal surgery. My previous harness would press right on top of my surgical wounds, and stretch and pull on them when riding. Not comfortable at all. I thought a more rigid harness would deliver a better experience, and this one does.
This harness has very little flex, and all the pull of the kite is delivered straight through your back. In fact, when riding the front portion of the harness pulls away slightly, so that it's not really making contact with your abdomen (or my surgical wounds) at all. Works perfectly for me. Your mileage may vary. Unless you've also had a recent surgery. In which case, get this harness. It'll save you some pain.
