A bio-based foam base balances comfort, rigidity, and freedom of movement. The Bionic Core Frame is constructed from 100% recycled carbon fibers sourced from post-production waste. Its layered, random fiber structure delivers a 10/10 stiffness rating with a controlled 6/10 flex, built for overpowered conditions without locking out movement. Hexagon Dry Flex padding, natural foam flex covers, recycled yarn webbing, and a recycled PET battle belt complete the construction. This is performance, evolved.
